The Mestic absorption cool box gives you optimum freedom. Is there no mains power nearby? No problem! With the MAC-40, you easily switch to gas in addition to 12 V and 230 V. The cool box cools 42 L of contents to 25 °C below the ambient temperature. So you can enjoy cool drinks and food on the road, at the campsite and in the wilderness.

Cool box on gas and electricity

Mestic's silent absorption cool box is very flexible in use. It effortlessly cools its contents to 25 °C below the ambient temperature. Both at the campsite (230 V) and in the car (12 V). Moreover, it also runs on gas. This means you don't need mains power, giving you optimum freedom! For instance, use the Mestic absorption cool box while camping in the wild or for a barbecue at the park. Wherever you go, your drinks and food will stay wonderfully cool and fresh in the MAC-40. The cool box has the same cooling performance on gas as on electricity. For proper gas operation, use a mix of propane and butane gas and a gas pressure of 30 mbar.
