Refund Policy
Returns of unused goods
We are happy to accept all our items back within 60 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and within the original packaging. If 60 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete a return please include a copy of your invoice or order details. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If your return is approved a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. We will also notify you if there is an issue with your return. Refunds are normally received within 7 days depending on your payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items

For items damaged upon arrival, our team will arrange for a replacement to be sent out and a return of the damaged item.
For defective items, our customer service team will be able to advise depending on the purchase date and assessment of damage.

It is the buyer responsible for paying for return shipping cost for unwanted purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is the responsibility of
the buyer to ensure the return package reaches us successfully. We cannot take
responsibility for lost or damaged parcels in transit back to us.
