210D refers to the denier count, a measure of fiber thickness a lower number like 210 indicates a thinner more flexible thread compared to higher denier fabrics.

It is typically made of 210 denier polyester fabric, a light weight , durable and water resistant material often coated for enhanced water proofing and UV protection.
