This is achieved through utilising the included carry bag as a bellows, removing the requirement to purchase an additional pump, saving space as well as extra cost. The foot of the mat features an innovative three stage rotating air valve - stage one; inflation mode, allows air to enter the mat without letting it back out, stage two; deflation mode, allows air to swiftly leave the mat and stage three; compression mode, ensures that air compressed out of the mat will not be sucked back in when packing away.
