Product Information

The TBB Power Nemo DDX1230 is a 12V / 30A battery to battery (DC-DC) charger with a built-in MPPT solar charge controller. It draws power from the alternator to charge auxiliary batteries quickly and reliably while you are driving, or via solar while you are stationary.

It is compatible with Euro 6 vehicles and maintains charge with a stable output even with variable voltage "smart alternators", so your battery receives a full charge in the shortest time without overcharging or undercharging. It is suitable for lithium batteries, which need a different charging profile to lead acid, and built-in temperature compensated charging charges lithium batteries with an optimum charging algorithm, which is important in a cold environment.

Suitability

For charging a 12V auxiliary battery at 30A from a smart or conventional alternator and from solar, and suitable for supporting loads up to the maximum output rating while on the move. Install it in a clean, cool location with good ventilation, and never directly above batteries. Fit a fuse on the input and output, closest to the battery.
