14-Day Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind, you can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.

• Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
