Product Information

This TBB Power lithium battery is the M12-100/H, a 12V lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery module from TBB's M12 series, designed for in-vehicle applications. It is rated at 105Ah (nominal capacity 100Ah), stores 1280Wh of energy and weighs 11.5kg. It is automotive-grade, with a special internal structure design and a built-in heating element for reliable performance with vibration or at low temperature; the heater element allows the battery to be charged at -20°C.

The battery accepts up to 100A charging current (50A recommended) and delivers 100A continuously, or 150A for 30 minutes. A built-in BMS balances the battery automatically and protects it against over-charging, over-discharging and over-temperature, and an integrated shunt provides a real-time charge level (SOC). Up to 8 modules can be connected in parallel, with their discharge current adding together, and they communicate over CAN and RS485.

Suitability

Designed for in-vehicle use, with suggested applications including utility vehicles, telecom service vehicles, catering vehicles, mobile tyre fitting vehicles and mobile pet grooming vehicles. Up to 8 batteries can be connected in parallel, but take advice on your application before connecting more than 4.
