Product Information

The Victron EasyPlus 12/1600/70 is a combined inverter and charger with pre-made wiring and a built-in RCD and MCBs, so no external AC distribution unit is needed. It brings a pure sine wave inverter, a battery charger, a high-speed AC transfer switch and AC distribution together in a single compact enclosure, and it comes with the battery cables already fitted to save installation time.

The 1600VA inverter gives 3000W peak power, and the 70A charger also has a 4A float charge output for a starter battery. If shore or generator power is lost, the inverter takes over the connected loads in less than 20 milliseconds, so computers and other electronic equipment keep running. PowerAssist adds extra inverter power when needed, so a limited shore or generator supply is not overloaded.
