DELIVERY ABOUT US

We must be fully informed of any goods that you wish to return to us. We will not accept any goods without prior notification. Carriage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty or not fit for purpose as stated in the Sale of Goods Act.

Collection can be arranged if goods are faulty, however if found to be not defective upon examination, the goods, upon notification to the customer, will be returned and both carriage costs and return costs will be charged to the customer. Please note that any refundable carriage costs will not exceed the total amount incurred or charged by us at the time of initial despatch. All other carriage costs will remain the responsibility of the purchaser

Payment can be made securely via Paypal or by credit/debit card by telephoning us, upon receipt of payment we will despatch goods ASAP. Postage costs are to Mainland UK only, please call for prices to, Scottish Islands, ROI, Northern Island, Channel Isles etc:

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products as soon as is reasonably possible or the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 7 days of the date of our order confirmation, subject to stock availability.

However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 14 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation

Free Delivery Threshold: Shipping is free to mainland UK on orders over £60, otherwise £2.99. Certain UK locations may incur extra charges based on size and weight.
Northern Ireland Shipping: Stocked Orders £0.00–£99.99 £9.99 - Orders £99.99 and up £14.99. For non Stocked Orders Northern Ireland Shipping Orders £0.00–£99.99 I £14.99 Northern Ireland Shipping Orders £99.99 and up £29.99
Fee Will be Applied at Checkout.
Carriers: We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX, and DHL depending on order value, location, and size. Most orders ship on a 24-hour service; others may use a 48-hour service.
