14-Day Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind, you can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.

• Refund Process: Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the purchase price and our standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 days.
• Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. • Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return postage. For higher-value items, we strongly recommend a tracked and adequately insured service, and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
