The Floë Water System Drainage Kit offers a simple and cost-effective way to drain the water system in your caravan or leisure vehicle. By helping to remove water left within the system, it can help protect against damage caused by winter frosts and reduce the amount of stagnant water left behind during periods of non-use.

The system is designed to make draining down quick and straightforward, taking just a matter of minutes to complete. This makes it a practical option for preparing your leisure vehicle for colder weather, storage or periods when the water system will not be in regular use.

An instructional DVD is included with the drainage kit, providing a full drain-down demonstration.

Drainage Instructions

Step 1: Drain the water heater and open a tap to run the water pump for a moment. Turn off the power to the electric pump and close all taps. Fit the Floë device to the plug-in adaptor.

Step 2: Fit the Floë device and adaptor to the socket on the side of the vehicle.

Step 3: Attach an air compressor or foot pump to the valve located at the bottom of the Floë device. Pressurise the system to a maximum of 15 PSI (1 bar).

Step 4: Open the first tap and run it until dry. Repeat this process for sinks, showers and any other water outlets. Once the system has been drained, leave all taps in the open position.
