This bike carrier is mounted on the chassis of your campervan meaning it is super sturdy. The Van-Star E-Cross can carry up to 75 kg, enough for 2 E-bikes. Thanks to a smart hinge system, you can also turn the bike carrier away, even with bikes on it. This keeps the rear doors and luggage space of your campervan easily accessible. It also has a black plastic light bar with halogen lamps.
Locking pin and closer lip You use the locking pin to lock the carrier when closed. In 'open' position, the hinge is automatically blocked by a door closer. This prevents unexpected closure due to, for example, a strong wind or sloping ground.
