The Outwell Sideroads Awning Room is designed to attach to compatible Outwell vehicle awnings with a minimum awning length of 375 cm and a depth of 250 cm. Once connected, it creates a secure and enclosed room that expands your awning living area. Constructed from Outtex 4000 Select polyester fabric, the awning room delivers dependable weather protection with a 4000 mm hydrostatic head waterproof rating. This durable material also provides UPF 30+ UV protection and PFAS-free water repellence for long-term outdoor performance. The steel pole frame provides strong structural stability while maintaining a straightforward pitching process. The integrated “in one” pitching system allows the annexe to be set up quickly alongside your existing awning.

 Designed for larger campervans and motorhomes, the Sideroads Awning Room suits vehicles with an attachment height between 240 cm and 260 cm.
