The Road Angel HWK5V is a hardwiring kit designed for the Halo Go and Halo Drive Dashcam models that use a Micro USB connection.

This kit allows you to connect your dashcam directly to your vehicle's fuse box, providing a more permanent and tidy power source.

By hardwiring your dashcam using the HWK5V kit, you can eliminate the need for a cigarette lighter or USB power adapter, freeing up your vehicle's power outlets for other devices. This hardwiring kit also enables a clean installation with concealed wiring, helping to maintain a neat and organized appearance inside your car.

The kit incorporates voltage protection mechanisms to prevent excessive draining of your vehicle's battery. It monitors the battery voltage and automatically turns off the dashcam if the voltage drops below 11.4V, helping to preserve the battery life.

The kit includes an adjustable power cable, which can be customised to the required length for your vehicle. This feature helps in achieving a clean and organized installation without excess wiring.
