• Delivery Charges: Mainland UK delivery is £2.99 on orders up to £30.00, £4.99 on orders from £30.01 to £59.99, and FREE on orders of £60 or more. Certain UK locations may incur extra charges based on size and weight.
• Northern Ireland: a flat rate of £9.99 applies to all orders, whatever the order value.

14-Day Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind, you can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first for return instructions, then you have 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.

• Refund Process: Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the purchase price and our standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 days.
• Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, please contact us before returning them. Contact our customer service at onlinesales@ukcampingandleisure.co.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return postage. For higher-value items, we strongly recommend a tracked and adequately insured service, and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
